While we cannot guarantee that any of these meals are free from food allergens, we take food allergy safety seriously. If you have specific questions about ingredients, please speak with the school administration. Although we may not always be able to accommodate every dietary restriction, we will do our best to help you make informed decisions regarding your child’s meals.

By signing below, I understand and acknowledge that the meals provided through the school’s hot lunch program may contain allergens or may have come into contact with allergenic ingredients. I accept this risk and release the school and its staff from any liability related to my child’s food allergies.
