Eligibility Requirements
Junior Kindergarten (JK): Your child must be 4 years old by December 31.
Senior Kindergarten (SK): Your child must be 5 years old by December 31.
Grades 1–8: Admission is determined based on:
-Age
-Academic records
-Entrance assessment results.
Required Documents
Please submit the following documents with your application:
-A birth certificate or proof of age
-Proof of residency (if applicable)
-Immunization records (up-to-date)
-Previous school report cards (Grades 1–8)
-Documentation of any special educational needs (if applicable).
Application Priorities
Applications are processed in the following order of priority:
-Siblings of current students
-Children of staff or alumni
-Applicants from the immediate community
-General enrollment, subject to space availability and alignment with school values.
Application Process

-Pay the Administration Fee: A $600 fee is required to cover the application, technology, and supplies. Please note that $150 of this amount is non-refundable.
-Attend a Parent & Student Interview: Participate in an orientation and interview session.
-Complete the Assessment: Applicants for Grades 1–8 may need to complete an entrance test.
-Submit Required Documents: Ensure all documents are submitted by the deadline.
-Receive Admission Decision: Decisions are typically communicated within one week.

Tuition and Financial Assistance

Waitlist Policy
If classes are full, eligible applicants will be placed on a waitlist. Admissions from the waitlist are based on space availability and the school’s priority criteria.
Re-enrollment for Current Students
Re-enrollment for the next academic year must be confirmed by April 30.
Continued enrollment is contingent upon adherence to school policies and values.
Appeals Process
Families who wish to appeal an admission decision may submit a written request to the Admissions Committee within one week of receiving the decision.

What is the Entrance Exam at Greenhill Islamic School?
All students enrolling for the upcoming academic year at Greenhill Islamic School must complete an entrance exam in English and Math. This exam is designed to assess the knowledge acquired in the most recent academic year and ensure appropriate grade placement.
