Please submit the following documents with your application either in-person or via email:

• – A Birth Certificate or Proof of Age
• – Proof of Residency (if applicable)
• – Immunization Records (up-to-date)
• – Medical Documents (if applicable)
• – Previous School Report Cards (where applicable)
• – Documentation of any Special Educational Needs (if applicable)

Applications are processed in the following order of priority:

• – Siblings of Current Students
• – Children of Staff or Alumni
• – Applicants from the Immediate Community
• – General Enrolment (subject to space availability and alignment with school values)

Follow these steps to complete your application:

1. – Submit the Application Form: Complete the online “New Student Registration Form” before the deadline.
2. – Pay the Administration Fee: A $600 fee is required to cover the application, technology, supplies, and books. Please note that $150 of this amount is non-refundable.
3. – Attend a Parent & Student Interview: Participate in an orientation and interview session.
4. – Complete the Assessment: Applicants for Grades 1–8 may need to complete an entrance test.
5. – Submit Required Documents: Ensure all documents are submitted by the deadline.
6. – Receive Admission Decision: Decisions are typically communicated within 7 business days.

At Greenhill Islamic School, we foster an environment rooted in Islamic principles. Students and families are expected to:

• – Respect staff, peers, and school policies
• – Adhere to the Islamic dress code
• – Actively participate in religious and academic programs

• Tuition Fees: Detailed tuition information is provided on the website (under the Tuition tab).
• Financial Aid: Limited scholarships and bursaries are available for families demonstrating financial need. Applications must include supporting documentation.

If classes are full, eligible applicants will be placed on a waitlist. Admissions from the waitlist are based on space availability and the school’s priority criteria.

• Re-enrolment for the next academic year will be automatic unless otherwise noted. A books and supplies fee is required for the next academic year. Continued enrolment is contingent upon adherence to school policies and values.

Families who wish to appeal an admission decision may submit a written request to the Admissions Team within one week of receiving the decision.
